We strive to deliver high-quality stationery, books, and educational products with care.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will help guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The item you received is incomplete or missing components.
  • You initiate a return request within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Note: Certain items like books, pens, notebooks, and art supplies cannot be returned once used, unsealed, or written on.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or opened stationery products (e.g., pens, markers, notebooks).
  • Customized, special-order, or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or promotional products.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 24 hrs of delivery:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos showing product condition

Our team will review your request and share the return pickup or courier instructions.

4. Return Pickup or Self-Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the item to our return address (shared after approval).
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account or as store credit.

Refunds are issued only after product verification and quality check.

6. Exchange Policy

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
We will replace or refund the item after verification.

9. Cancellation of Return Requests

Return requests can be cancelled before the product is picked up.
Once picked up, cancellations are not allowed.
